April 1. Brynhildur delivered twin ram lambs out of Iceland ram Kani (see above). One lamb is solid black and the other lamb is black mouflon. Another great mom and nice sturdy lambs. Both ram lambs have very large horn buds.

April 1. Eyglo, our Blesa daughter (leaderewe) delivered a single ram lamb with very large horn buds. He is moorit spotted. He is out of Iceland's leaderram, Skumur (shown at upper right). We are keeping this lovely ram for our breeding program.

April 2. Lydia delivered twin ram lambs out of Iceland ram Visir (photo above). She delivered quickly and easily and is an excellent first time mom, taking after her own dam, Blanche, one of our best producers. I am keeping one of these rams and the other one is sold.

April 3. Athena delivered twins (ram and ewe) out of Iceland ram "Noi" known as the "fleece ram." We've had the Noi line in our flock and along with the Moli genetics (Athena is a Moli daughter), this is a combination that we were really hoping would work. Athena is a wonderful mom with oodles of milk. The babies are vigorous and healthy. Both are white; the ram has huge horn buds. We are keeping the ewe lamb and ???? I can't make up my mind! Everytime I think I will sell him, I got out and look at him and take him off the sales list!
