| NMI 429P "Puffin" Daughter of Iceland ram Rektor 3/4 AI (Rektor, Morro) Black & white spotted horned twin Lambing record: 0, 3 We are very thrilled to add Puffin to our flock. She is an outstanding ewe in build with a chest measurement that rivals most rams. She was AI bred as a one winter ewe, but the pregnancy did not take.. Her full brother "Prince Rilian" is in our ram flock and he has produced some excellent lambs for us. We are seeing not only stupendous builds, but also extremely nice fleece and rate of growth. Puffin was bred to the Mjaldurson this season. Update: On April 8, Puffin had triplets - two ewes and one ram (unfortunately the ram lamb was stillborn). Her spotted daughter is almost identical in looks to Puffin. We're retaining her in the flock and named her "Muffin." |
