| It was a tough decision ... but our polled ewes have moved on as a group to live at Queso Cabeza Farm in Olivet, Michigan. As much as I loved the polled group that I put together, when I had so many beautifully built and colorful horned lambs born the spring of 2006, I had to decide who was going to go so I could upgrade the flock with the excellent new lambs. It was really hard to choose, but the reality is, I do have an "upper limit" of sheep that I want to keep here. So if you are looking for some quality polled stock, (as well as some very, very nice llamas!) please contact Laura Volkmann at llamas@quesocabezafarm.com or visit their website. |

She's very pretty, long bodied and compact. She has an amazing bright white fleece that is long and silky. She delivered unassisted, is a calm and milky dam. Gerpla is being bred to "Navajo" this year. Update: Gerpla delivered a 10 lb. solid moorit ewe lamb on April 12. |
